i'm stationed at the front desk and i get to prepare the food for the chef, endless cutting of fruits and vegetables, turkeys, hams and CAKES... everything done at the front counter.. so everyone can see me cut the stuff.. hahah if we cut the cake wrongly, it'll be ours :) and i've been eating lots and lots of cakes.. super nice!!! woohooo~

and i also have to take orders and serve customers at the same time!

in another words, i have to multi task! (guess this is the most challenging part for me)

but time passes very quickly.. esp during the peak period.. it's super stressful sometimes.. feel like pulling my hair everytime the orders come in when i'm in the midst of preparing food.. it's how confusing can!

but i can't pull coz we're not supposed to touch our hair when we're in the kitchen.. haha

the pple there are nice and helpful.. esp all my thai co-workers like Queen :)

thanks for teaching me how to cut turkeys and ham.. how to cut cakes nicely ( next time whose bdae ah.. let me cut the cake k) and how to make wraps, subways and sandwiches..

u noe wad? i'm going to open my own subway counter at home!! hahaha...

really learnt alot today.. it's good to step out of our comfort zones once in a while to experience new things..

and to u*, stop taking everything for granted. grow up pls.

I'm going to learn how to make this cake next time! i promise!
