being a cashier...
i was the cashier for 8.5 hrs today.
total amt short at the end of the day: $0.15 (good job jm!)
was concentrating and focusing the whole day! it's like having 1 full day of maths tutorial.. it's how stressful.
esp counting the change.. omg.
the 10 cent coins in usa is smaller den the 5 cent coin and i have problem remembering which one is which and the quarters (25 cents) is like our 50 cent coin in singapore... i have problem resocializing this new set of coins into my head man.
anyway.. there was once the queue was getting longer and longer and my stress level was getting higher and higher till the point where my brain just suddenly stop working.
my head just went blank and i couldn't count the money...
in the end the customer counted for me!!
but lucky everything turned out well at the end of the day!!
the thais and philippinos are leaving today..
just came back from their party..
wah they really very havoc leh! but i just keep eating and eating and eating and eating...
even though i only worked with them for like 3 weeks.. i still feel quite sad coz everything's going to be different.
i'll miss those days working with u guys.
anyway..
